TEACHER IS RACHEL ASPY,

Rachelle is certified with a 200-hour Hatha training from Cityoga. Her teaching style has been strongly influenced by repeated study American yoga greats: Eric Schifman and Gary Kraftsow and others. She is also a massage therapist, which gives her a greater understanding of the muscular system and elements of stress management ~ a big plus for her students.

"My teaching technique is founded on traditional hatha yoga; which emphasizes breath work, asanas (postures) & meditation. I attempt to individualized teachings for each unique body & personality. Yoga changes the body and promotes health, by teaching students to connect with the breath as the source of movement."
